Assam flood: Over 57.51 lakh people affected, death toll mounts to 30

Guwahati, Jul 17 (IBNS): The water level of the Brahmaputra river is receding in some parts of the state but the overall flood situation in Assam is still grim with over 57.51 lakh people been affected.
