Govt hits back at Oppositions' taunt on using excess rice for sanitiser manufacturing

New Delhi/IBNS: After facing criticisms from the Oppositions over the conversion of surplus rice in central godowns to ethanol for meeting the demand of sanitisers, the Centre on Tuesday slammed back claiming hygiene should not be the sole preserve of those who can afford it.
