India finalises deal with Russia for acquiring second Akula-class nuclear attack submarine

New Delhi, Oct 19 (IBNS) : India has signed an agreement with Russia for acquiring a second Akula 2 nuclear-powered attack submarine involving an expenditure of nearly two billion dollars, NDTV reported.
