SC judgement on Rafale probe : Cong says not at all a setback

New Delhi, Dec 14 (IBNS) : Even as the Supreme Court rejected a probe into the Rafale deal, saying there was no "substantial evidence of any commercial favouritism" and the Government demanded Rahul Gandhi's apology, the Congress on Friday said the court ruling is "not a setback at all."

New Delhi, Aug 24 (IBNS): Union law minister Ravi Shankar Prasad said Right to Privacy is a fundamental right but not an absolute one while reacting to the landmark judgement passed by the Supreme Court which ruled that privacy is a constitutional right of every Indian citizen.
