New Delhi/IBNS: Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi has extended his commiserations to the UK's Conservative Party leader Rishi Sunak after the latter lost the UK polls, saying victories and setbacks are inevitable parts of democracy and that "we must take both in our stride".
