New Delhi, Nov 16 (IBNS): In a major move and months after his name emerged in news following the militant attack in a Bangladesh cafe that killed at least 20 people, the Centre has banned Islamic preacher Zakir Naik's promoted NGO Islamic Research Foundation (IRF), media reports said.
