Kolkata: Election debate heats up Bengal politics

Hindi television news channel Aaj Tak on Wednesday (April 27, 2016) organised an election related show, Panchayat Paschim Bangal at a city hotel in Kolkata. CPI national secretary Atul Kumar Anjaan, Congress MP Pradip Bhattacharya, Trinmool MP Vivek Gupta, and BJP's candidate from Bhawanipore constituency and grandson of Netaji, Chandra Kumar Bose were present at this debate. On one of the sessions, Muslim Mudde at Panchayat Paschim Bangal, Muslim leaders of different political parties had also prticipated. BJP's national spokesperson Syed Shahnawaz Hussain, TMC Rajya Sabha MP Mohammed Nadimul Haque, Fuad Halim, Senior Leader of CPI (M) were also present.
