SEOUL, Aug. 8, 2020 (Xinhua) -- Photo taken on Aug. 8, 2020 shows the flooded Banpo Hangang Park in Seoul, South Korea. South Koreas death toll from heavy rain, which continued since last Saturday, rose to 21, with 11 missing and seven wounded as of 6 a.m. local time Saturday, according to the Central Disaster and Safety Countermeasure Headquarters. The torrential rain spread from the countrys central region, including Seoul and its surrounding metropolitan area, to the southern region Friday.
