PATNA, AUG 11 (UNI)- Former Union Minister Yashwant Sinha with United Democratic Alliance (UDA) leaders Dr Devendra Yadav, Dr Arun Kumar and others showing the memorandum handed over to Bihar Governor Phagu Chauhan, on the issue of flood in North Bihar, outside Raj Bhawan in Patna on Tuesday.
