Protest held in Kolkata against Bengal govt's decision to discontinue tram services

A protest was organised in Kolkata on Thursday against the Bengal government's decision to discontinue the iconic tram services due to challenges posed by the city's traffic. Trams have been a part of Kolkata's landscape and heritage ever since 1873.
