UNITED NATIONS, Sept. 11 (Xinhua) -- Photo taken on Sept. 10, 2020 shows the UN Security Council meeting on children and armed conflict, with a focus on attacks against schools as a grave violation of childrens rights, at the UN headquarters in New York.
