Mamata Banerjee holds roadshow in south Kolkata on last day of LS poll campaigning

Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee held a roadshow in south Kolkata ahead of the seventh phase of the mammoth Lok Sabha Election. On the last day of the campaign, she walked from Sukanta Setu in Jadavpur to Gopalnagar crossing. West Bengal Chief Minister and Trinamool Congress chief Mamata Banerjee on Sunday held the annual Martyrs' Day rally at Esplanade in Kolkata today (July 21, 2019) where she attacked the BJP alleging the party used fraudulent methods and misused the Election Commission and the voting machinery to win polls. She said the elections that brought BJP to power is one won by fixing of the Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs).  The Martyrs' Day observed by the Trinamool Congress to commemorate those killed on this day 26 years ago in police firing in the city during an agitation.
