Glimpses from Kolkata's mega Durga Puja Carnival 2023
Like every year, Kolkata bid adieu to some of the famous and revered Durga Puja idols across the city with much pomp and merry through the mega carnival organised by the Bengal government on Friday. Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee was present at the event as several popular puja organisers displayed their tableau showcasing the idols and cultural performances at the Red Road in presence of hundreds of spectators. Several celebrities from the Tollywood film industry like Prosenjit Chatterjee, Dev and Rituparna Sengupta were also in attendance at the grand carnival.
