India team manager fined for inappropriate comments

Dubai/New Delhi, Oct 15 (IBNS) India team manager Vinod Phadke has been fined 40 per cent of his match fee after he was found guilty of making inappropriate comments about umpire Vineet Kulkarni ahead of the Indore One-Day International, the ICC said on Thursday.
