Samuels fined for breaching ICC Code of Conduct

Kolkata, Apr 4 (IBNS) Marlon Samuels of the West Indies has been fined 30 per cent of his match fee for breaching Level 1 of the ICC Code of Conduct during his side’s ICC World Tweny20 India 2016 final against England at Eden Gardens on Sunday.
