New Delhi/UNI: The tableau from Haryana at the 73rd Republic Day parade was inspired by the state's pride 'Number one in Sports' and it reflected the proactive policies of its government at promoting the culture of the sports.

Chandigarh, June 8 (IBNS): Amid widespread outrage, Haryana government has suspended its order which directed sportsperson, who were employed by the state government, to hand over at least one-third of their earnings from participating in sports events or scoring endorsements deals. 

Manipur Overpower Haryana To Win Junior NFC 2016-17

Cuttack, July 17 (IBNS): Manipur proved to be too strong for Haryana in the final of the Junior National Football Championship for girls as they overpowered their counterparts by an unassailable margin of 4-1. Ratanbala Devi scored on the either side of the break and Hemolata Devi nailed a second-half brace for the Highlanders whereas Renu scored the solitary goal for Haryana.
