Third Test : Murli Vijay slams century, Kohli at 94 ; India 245/2 at tea

New Delhi, Dec 2 (IBNS) : A fine knock of unbeaten 101 by opener Murli Vijay and a quickfire 94, batting by skipper Virat Kohli took India to 245 for two at tea as the hosts steadied their first innings on way to a big mark on the opening day of the third test match against Sri Lanka at the Firoz Shah Kotla ground in New Delhi on Saturday.

Third Test : Kohli and Murli Vijay take India to 184/2, heading for big innings

New Delhi, Dec 2 (IBNS) : Murali Vijay and Virat Kohli were well past the half century mark  and Sri Lankan spinner Dilruwan Perera claimed his 100th Test scalp as India reached  184 for two wickets    at the end of the 42nd      over  on the opening day of the third Test at the Firoz Shah Kotla ground in New Delhi on Saturday.

Pujara and Murli Vijay score century, India 271 for one against England

Rajkot, Nov 11 (IBNS) : Spectacular centuries by opener Murali Vijay and Cheteshwar Pujara and their 203-run second wicket stand helped India stand up against a mammoth England total in the first innings as the home team scored 271 runs for the loss of one wicket on the third day of their first test against England on Friday.
