Kolkata, Oct 12 (IBNS): Blue Horizon Sports and Entertainment Ltd., which organizes competitive sports events featuring top celebrities of Bengali film and TV industry, officially launched the first edition of Bengal Celebrity League (BCL) on Sunday in Kolkata.
