New Delhi, Nov 24 (IBNS): At 47th IFFI, ‘Allama’, a film by the national award winning director T.S. Nagabharana, about the journey of a 12th century metaphysician, will compete for the International Council for Film, Television and Audio-visual Communication (ICFT) UNESCO Gandhi Medal.
