New Delhi, Apr 3 (IBNS): The US has said it would "utilize all available resources” to ensure Jaish-e-Mohammad supremo Masood Azhar was held accountable for his crimes and denied China's charges that it had circumvented UN security council’s sanctions committee to blacklist the Pakistan-based terrorist.
