New York, Nov 18 (Just Earth Neews/IBNS): The United Nations Special Rapporteur in the field of cultural rights, Karima Bennoune, denounced in the strongest possible terms the 13 November terrorist attacks in Paris, saying they may constitute a crime against humanity in which people were targeted "simply for participating in cultural life."
