New York, Sept 16 (Just Earth News): A United Nations expert on the human rights situation in Belarus said on Thursday that Sunday’s parliamentary elections were no different from all the previous ones because citizens’ right to a free and fair election continued to be abused in the grip of entrenched repressive laws and institutions.
