Toronto, Nov 5(IBNS): A new proposal has come up from the Health Canada to amend the Tobacco Act to prohibit “the use of menthol in cigarettes, blunt wraps and most cigars sold on the Canadian marketâ€, to curb the smoking rates among the youth.
