New Delhi, Feb 6 (IBNS) : Former  Maldives President Mohamed Nasheed, in a tweet, has asked India to send an envoy backed by the army to end the political crisis in the Indian ocean island country.

New York, Dec 21 (Just Earth News): The United Nations envoy for the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) expressed grave concern on Tuesdayover the wave of arrests and arbitrary detention “of those who seek to express their political views” in the country over the past three days, and reiterated the necessity for all Congolese authorities to respect the rules of the country and ensure protection of free speech.
