General Assembly President opens annual debate urging leaders to 'make history'

New York, Sept 24 (IBNS) As he opened the annual United Nations forum for world leaders on Wednesday, the President of the General Assembly appealed to them to seize this "unprecedented historic" opportunity to improve the livelihoods of all people and set them on a path to achieving sustainable development.
