Toronto, Sept. 28 (IBNS): Councillor Denzil Minnan-Wong had foreseen privately-owned vans operating on-demand in low-density areas as a viable option and accordingly planned to put forth a proposal to this effect before the commission’s board, reported Ben Spurr, Transportation Reporter, thestar.com.
