Ottawa/IBNS: While reflecting on the year that has passed since the World Health Organization declared COVID‑19 a pandemic, Canada's Prime Minister Justin Trudeau declared Mar 11 as the National Day of Observance for COVID-19 and said that his country will come out as more resilient out of this crisis.
