Toronto Police board approves ‘carding’ for data retention

Toronto, Nov 18 (IBNS): Toronto Police Service (TPS) board on Wednesday approved the new policy on the debated practice known as “carding” in spite of criticism from activists who had been disputing with the retention of historic carding data.
