New York, Feb 9 (Just Earth News/IBNS) Facing a series of allegations of sexual exploitation and abuse by peacekeepers, Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon on Monday named Jane Holl Lute, an American official with wide-ranging United Nations experience, to coordinate efforts to curb the scourge.
