COVID-19 in China: Shanghai lockdown stalls plans for third aircraft carrier

Shanghai: The COVID-19 lockdown imposed in Shanghai city has slowed China’s shipbuilding plans and may affect the launch of the country’s third aircraft carrier, media reports said on Tuesday.
