Fully vaccinated US citizens can enter Canada from Aug 9

Ottawa/IBNS: The federal government of Canada has announced  its plans to allow fully vaccinated U.S. citizens and permanent residents to enter Canada starting Aug 9 at 12:01 a.m. ET. without having to quarantine for two weeks, while fully vaccinated travelers from all other countries would be allowed to enter Canada on Sept 7.
