Kuwait City: Kuwaiti Prime Minister Sheikh Mohammad Sabah Al-Salem Al-Sabah submitted his cabinet's resignation to Emir Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on Saturday, according to the official news agency KUNA.
