New UN study estimates 263 million childrenand youth now out of school

New York, July 15 (Just Earth News): The United Nations Education, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) reported on Friday that some 263 million children and youth, equivalent to about a quarter of the population of Europe, are out of school from primary to upper secondary levels with sub-Saharan Africa having the highest rates of exclusion.
