Shocked by explosion in Bangkok, UN chief hopes perpetrators will be 'brought to justice'

New York, Aug 18 (IBNS): United Nations Secretary-General ban Ki-moon was shocked to learn of an explosion on Monday close to a shrine in the centre of Thailand's capital, Bangkok, which caused the loss of life of innocent civilians.
