Saharsa (Bihar), Mar 19 (ANI): In a shocking incident of lack in healthcare system of Bihar that could put somebody’s life in jeopardy, a medical surgery was performed with the help of flashlights in Sadar Hospital in Saharsa due to lack of electricity in the hospital. The patient was hospitalized after a road accident. The hospital official refused to comment and said that he is not authorised to comment.
