Rape has nothing to do with the way women dress, says Defence Minister

New Delhi, May 08 (ANI): During an event in New Delhi, Union Defence Minister Nirmala Sitharaman said that external agencies can’t make any effort to stop rape when know people, relatives, neighbours and friends are violating the women. She further added, “Some people say about the way women dress. Then why does rape happen of elderly people? Why does rape happen of toddlers?”
