New Delhi, May 28 (ANI): Ever since Janata Dal (Secular)-Congress alliance came to power in Karnataka after a chaotic fight for rule, cracks have started to show between the two parties. HD Kumaraswamy is on a visit to the national capital for the first time since he took oath as Chief Minister of Karnataka to discuss issues over portfolio allocation with Congress. Upon reaching Karnataka Bhavan in New Delhi, Kumaraswamy told mediapersons, "I am at the mercy of Congress. I have to take their permission before taking any steps." A meeting with the Prime Minister Narendra Modi is also one of his top priorities during the visit.
