PM Modi should have asked for Hafeez Saeed: JD (U)

New Delhi, Dec 26 (ANI): The Janata Dal (United) on Saturday said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi should have asked for Mumbai terror attack mastermind Hafiz Saeed from his Pakistani counterpart Nawaz Sharif in Lahore. JD (U) leader K.C. Tyagi said that terrorists like Hafiz Saeed belonged to jail and should be sent behind the bars, and that Prime Minister Modi should have asked for the 26/11 terror attack mastermind from his Pakistani counterpart. Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader Manoj Jha further pointed out that people like Hafiz Saeed thrived on politics of hate. Defence expert Qamar Agha also said that Saeed was very powerful in Pakistan, and that Prime Minister Sharif has not been able to take any action against him. Agha further said that there have been long standing issues that needed to be taken care of between both the nations.
