Shimla,Himachal Pradesh, Dec 30 (ANI): Temperature rose substantially in the hill state of Himachal Pradesh on Wednesday due to a change in the weather condition, thereby giving respite to the people from severe cold wave. Tourists enjoy the rare bright sunny days in this hill station in December. In the picturesque Dharamsala town, the people could be seen in shirts on a sunny day. Climate is much better during the morning or evening hours from the past two days. As the cold wave tightens its grip, the homeless are the worst hit as they often sleep in the open or under thin tarpaulin sheets.
