Two people injured in explosion in Hooghly

Hooghly, Dec 31 (ANI): At least two people were injured in an explosion in the market area of West Bengal's Hooghly district on Thursday. The blast took place when an employee of a hardware shop in the market moved an old can he found in front of his shop. The victims have been admitted to a primary health centre. Police officials have reached the spot and investigation is going on. Several shopkeepers in that market area did not open their shops due to fear.
