New Delhi, Dec 31 (ANI): Reacting over the Goods and Service Tax bill (GST), Congress leader Anand Sharma on Thursday said the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) opposed the bill when they were in Opposition, adding that Prime Minister Narendra Modi spearheaded the charge though the grand old alliance is the author of the bill. On Prime Minister Modi's remark over the disruption in Parliament, Sharma said the government's arrogance did not let it function. He further added if Prime Minister Modi had given up his confrontationist mindset, then there would have been better atmosphere inside and outside the Parliament.
