Mumbai, May 31 (ANI): In a shocking incident, a man suffered heart attack at Byculla Railway station. The railway staff failed to help him for over four hours, as the railway staff ignored him as an alcoholic. In the CCTV footage, the man is seen lying near the entrance for over an hour before help arrives. The man later died in hospital.
