Planning for sustainable model to increase productivity of farmers: MP CM

Bhopal, Oct 31 (ANI): Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan on Saturday said that the government is planning for sustainable model with experts to increase agricultural productivity of the farmers. He added that he also discussed with experts which crops can be grown by farmers depending on climate change, purchase of quality seeds and mixed cropping. Chouhan further said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi had suggested that farmers must resort to drip and spring irrigation methods for agriculture instead of canal irrigation and that discussion are on how to implement this to help our farmers in the coming days.
