Telugu film industry mourns demise of filmmaker Dasari Narayana Rao

New Delhi, May 31 (ANI): Veteran Telugu filmmaker and former Union Minister Dasari Narayana Rao passed away, on Tuesday, at the age of 75. Telegu film fraternity, including actors Rajinikanth, Kamal Haasan, Mahesh Babu, Chiranjeevi and filmmaker Vamshi Paidipally condoled the demise of veteran filmmaker. Among other who mourned the demise were filmmaker Vamshi Paidipally, actress Trisha Krishnan, actress Kajal Aggarwal and S. S. Rajamouli. Rao breathed his last at Hyderabad's KIMS Hospital. The director, who has given some of the best films that Telugu industry has seen, had been unwell for quite some time. Rao holds the Guinness Book of Records for directing 125 films in Telugu, Tamil and Hindi. The National Award-winning director had produced 50 other films.
