District officials, police inspect markets ahead of Ramadan

Poonch (J&K), May 28 (ANI): To keep a check on prices and quality of essential commodities during the month of Ramadan, a joint market checking squad comprising of officers from different departments along with police conducted market inspections in Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir on Saturday. Vegetables and fruit sellers were advised to sell fresh and good quality of vegetables and fruits at reasonable fixed rates according to the approved rate list during the holy month. The team instructed the sellers to display the approved rate list for the information of the consumers.
