Explosion at security service building in Russia kills 1
Moscow, Oct 31 (IBNS): At least one person was killed and three others were hurt when an explosion rocked the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) building in the northwestern city of Arkhangelsk, media reports said on Wednesday.
As per the region's governor, Igor Orlov, the blast went off inside the FSB building near the entrance, reported Sputnik News.
Russia's National Anti-Terrorism Committee told the Russian news agency that the alleged perpetrator of the explosion died of injuries received in the blast.
