Moscow/Xinhua/UNI: The Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) has detained a 14-year-old boy suspected of plotting a school attack in the city of Volgograd, the Russian Investigative Committee said Monday.
The FSB received information that the schoolboy made improvised explosive devices and liquid fire grenades at his residence, the committee said in a statement.
The FSB seized improvised explosive devices, components for their manufacture, and 18 ready-to-use Molotov cocktails, it said.
