Lithuania donates 20,000 AstraZeneca vaccine doses to Taiwan to combat COVID-19
Taipei: Lithuania has donated 20,000 AstraZeneca vaccine doses to Taiwan to combat COVID-19 pandemic which is still putting life across the globe in danger.
"This morning the Lithuanian Government approved the donation of 20 thousand vaccines to #Taiwan. I am proud that we can, albeit in a small way, to show solidarity with the Taiwanese people in combatting the COVID-19. Freedom-loving people should look out for each other!" Lithuanian Foreign Minister Gabrielius Landsbergis tweeted.

Taiwanese people have thanked Lithuania for extending the help.
Several Taiwanese people visited Gabrielius Landsbergis' Twitter page and thanked the nation for helping Taiwan.
Lithuania extended support to Taiwan at a time when the region is locked in conflict with China over numerous issues.
