China, US hold first round of maritime consultations in Beijing
Beijing/IBNS/UNI: China and the United States held the first round of consultations on maritime affairs on Friday in Beijing, the state-run China Central Television (CCTV) reported.
The talks were reportedly co-chaired by Hong Liang, Director General of the Department of Boundary and Ocean Affairs of the Chinese Foreign Ministry, and US State Department China Coordinator Mark Lambert.
