Bangkok, Aug 17 (IBNS): A blast in Thai capital Bangkok has left at least 12 people killed and several others injured on Monday, media reports said.
The blast occurred close to the Erawan Shrine in central Chidlom district.
There is huge amount of chaos in the area following the blast.
"The attack took place close to the Erawan Shrine in the capital's central Chidlom district," BBC reported.
The blast reportedly occurred at around 19:00 local time.
